What is the standard hardness range of Runxing's Chromium Carbide Overlay (CCO) plates?

Our standard CCO plates, including the RX-m series, typically exhibit a surface hardness between 58 and 62 HRC (Rockwell C Scale). For specialized applications subject to extreme wear but negligible impact, we formulate carbide configurations reaching up to 65 HRC by incorporating complex boron and niobium alloy structures.

Why does Chromium Carbide Overlay cladding exhibit cracking on the surface? Is this a defect?

No, cracking in the overlay deposit is a normal, intentional microstructural stress-relief phenomenon. During the cooling phase of deposition, the differences in thermal expansion between the soft base plate steel and the hard carbide overlay generate tension. Controlled stress relief cracks form to prevent the plate from curling, warping, or delaminating during fabrication and operation. These hairline cracks do not penetrate the backing plate.

How does Runxing manage global exports, logistics, and compliance?

All of our export activities are managed by our authorized partner, Hebei Yuwan International Trade Co., Ltd. They act as our exclusive global representative, handling payment collection (L/C, T/T), customs clearances, and international freight logistics.
